Maygen Hays joined SBDP in 2026 as a Client Service Manager and serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout their engagement with the firm. In this role, she coordinates document requests, manages scheduling and deliverables, and maintains accurate client records, helping ensure a seamless and organized client experience.
With more than 10 years of experience in health administration, Maygen brings a strong background in client service, operations, and administrative support. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to responsive communication allow her to support both clients and team members efficiently and effectively.
Maygen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach or pool, boating, and reading a good book.
